General Bonus Terms and Conditions

You should ensure that you have read and understood our general Terms and Conditions and the General Promotions Terms before taking part in any offer/promotion or claim any bonuses.
All references to “W1 Casino”, “Company”, “we” and “our” in these General Promotions Terms, in any Promotion Terms and in our general Terms and Conditions, shall refer to “Isla Roja Limited” according to the context in which they are stated.
Participation in all of our promotions/offers is optional. You must opt in through our registration form or the applicable landing page, home page, or other communication medium on the Site, to which these terms and conditions are linked in order to participate in a promotion/offer.
In the event of a conflict between the terms set in General Promotions Terms, the website’s Terms & Conditions and/or a specific promotion’s terms (to the extent that the terms apply to a bonus or special offer), the following order of priority shall apply:

You must be over the age of 18 to bet, participate in promotions, claim bonuses and/or take part in competitions. Underage entries will be void.
You may withdraw your withdrawable funds at any time except where we are required to withhold such funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.
If bonus requirements haven't been met within 30 days (unless another term has been set in the bonus specific terms and conditions) from when the bonus was first taken, the bonus will be cancelled and deducted from the account.
Bonuses or promotions may include specific terms and conditions relating to their use and customers should read any additional terms and conditions included or referenced in the bonus or promotion carefully. Regarding the specific terms and conditions of any promotion we direct you to our bonus page. Any promotion terms will include a version number, date of last update and if applicable, a validity period.
When a player redeems a bonus code, they are accountable for ensuring that all bonus terms are satisfied. Failure to meet these terms may lead to the casino canceling the bonus. The wagering requirements specified in the bonus terms exclusively apply to the bonus amount itself.
In the event that a player uses a bonus offer/code that they are not entitled to, all winnings generated from the bonus are forfeited. If a deposit has been made in connection with the bonus then only this deposit will remain in the cash balance.
W1 Casino reserves the right to deny or remove any bonus or withdrawal if the player owns or has previously owned another W1 Casino account. Bonuses may also be denied to players who exhibit suspected fraudulent behavior.
W1 Casino also reserves the right to exclude players from bonuses if the player has been found to abuse bonuses and promotional offers. This includes but is not solely applicable to players who open multiple accounts and players who do not have active depositing accounts, or players who continuously refuse to meet the set bonus terms.
W1 Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotional offer and modify bonus terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of all players to check bonus terms and promotional offers prior to acting upon them.
Any withdrawal requests made from a max cash out bonus are blocked from further use and processed the next withdrawal day. This amount cannot be reversed to the player’s available balance. All bonus winnings that exceed the max cash out limit are removed from the player’s account balance once they have requested a withdrawal, and this excess amount cannot be withdrawn. W1 Casino also reserves the right to remove excess play money at any time, whether or not a withdrawal has been processed
The Company reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or adjust the terms of any offer or promotion at any time, at its reasonable discretion. This will not impact any players who have already participated or placed bet(s) under the offer or the promotion. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for doing so.
All of our Company’s bonuses/promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, phone number, IP address, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), same device (smartphone or tablet) and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. The Company reserves the right to determine whether it believes different accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
We employ mechanisms to monitor suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activities. If there is a reasonable suspicion of a policy violation, terms and conditions breach, or bonus abuse (eg. risk free casino bonus, stashing ,whole amount of bonus placed in single bet etc ) W1 Casino reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including canceling or denying bonuses and associated winnings, withdrawing bonus offers, excluding users from future promotions, blocking access to products, temporarily or permanently freezing or terminating accounts, and implementing other measures as deemed appropriate.
Where you are in breach of any promotion terms, we may be entitled to cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus element of such offers and either settle bets at the correct odds, void any free bets, void any bet funded by a bonus, or remove any subsequent winnings relating to a bonus / free bet. In addition, when you are in breach of any promotion terms, the Company reserves the right to close your account.
The decision of our Company in respect of any matter concerning or related to bonuses/promotions, competitions or other offers is final and subject to no negotiation in case of disagreement.
